Can I print copies?

Printed, non-watermarked copies cost $1.00 per page. All money from printing goes directly to support that county. A subscription is not required to print copies.

Why are views and printing separate?

Views allow you to view an entire indexed instrument for 1 view, regardless of how many pages it has, or a non-indexed image for a quarter of a view. Print tokens allow you to print 1 non-watermarked page per token, exactly like purchasing copies at the county clerk's office.

Do unused views carry over?

Unused views do not carry forward. OKCountyRecords.com plans are month-to-month. Each month your account will be set to the correct amount of available document views.

How do I cancel service?

Cancelling your subscription is an easy, no-questions-asked process. It's done online, right from your account's payment page.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, at any time, in your account settings. When upgrading your plan you will be immediately charged the amount for the new plan. All downgrades will happen when your plan renews.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit & debit cards. You can also mail a paper check as a lump sum payment.

Can I pay for more than a month at a time?

All subscriptions are renewed every month. If you prefer to simplify your billing, you can make a lump sum payment. You can use the lump sum amount to renew your subscription or purchase print tokens.

Is there an unlimited plan?

You can completely customize the High Volume plan to suit any amount of viewing.

What are non-indexed images, and how do they work with views?

When a document says "Non-Indexed Book & Page Record", it means the county has the image scanned, but has not yet indexed the document. These pages will need to be pulled up individually and will only cost a quarter of a view per page.
