  2. The respective counties, their agents and the developers of this service assume no liability whatsoever associated with the use or misuse of the data contained herein.
  3. Any person or entity that relies on any information obtained on this web site does so at his, her or its own risk.
  4. You must be a human. Accessing the data by any automated mechanism is not permitted, unless using the API.

Information Ownership

  1. All data provided as public record on this web site are owned and maintained by its respective county clerk.
  2. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction regarding the use or transfer of this data.

Account Terms

  1. You must be 13 years or older to use this service.
  2. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the sign up process.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading

  1. A valid payment method is required for paying accounts and purchasing other products.
  2. This service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months that this service was not used with an active subscription.
  3. For any upgrade or downgrade in subscription, your payment method that you provided will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.

Cancellation and Termination

  1. You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation.
  2. You may cancel your account at any time by logging into your account management dashboard.
  3. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current paid billing cycle, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the cycle and you will not be charged again.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

  1. KellPro reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of this service with or without notice.
  2. Prices are subject to change at any time, with or without notice.

General Conditions

  1. Your use of this service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  2. Technical support is not always guaranteed. KellPro cannot support products that are not the creation of KellPro.
  3. You may not modify, adapt or hack this service, or modify another web site to falsely imply that it is associated with this service.
